5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, DigiSoftGlobal Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or Services.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
